I contacted Patrick after getting advice from several arborists that a very large Ficus tree in my backyard was showing signs of sickness and was neglected by previous owners. He was very responsive and came to my property the same week, and provided a tree risk assessment report to present to the city for a permit. The permit process ended up taking a lot longer than anticipated so we went with his advice on mitigating the tree before hurricane season and delayed moving forward with the removal. This year one of my neighbors did construction on their side and unfortunately disrupted the root system of the tree. I called up Patrick, who responded immediately, and not only gave me his professional opinion, but offered to call the city to let them know the circumstances had changed and he revised his TRAQ report. A few months ago, Patrick prepared a report that in my opinion covered all the necessary bases required by the City of Miami. Unfortunately, after speaking to several divisions within the city, it was determined additional reports would be required even though the information was for the most part included in Patrick's report. I contacted Patrick for additional guidance since I was hitting a brick wall. By the next day, I had my answer from Patrick at no charge!!!  Obviously, I am delighted with the outcome and cant thank him enough for his help and quick response. Thank Patrick !!!
